Course Overview
The Offline Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Panchakarma Therapy course provides comprehensive training in classical Ayurvedic principles along with intensive hands-on practical experience. The program is designed to develop both theoretical understanding and professional therapeutic skills.
Learners are introduced to foundational Ayurvedic concepts, including body constitution, digestion, and daily and seasonal regimens, while gaining practical exposure to traditional massage and Panchakarma therapies.
Emphasis is placed on authentic treatment techniques, therapeutic touch, and real-world application of Ayurvedic therapies to promote healing, balance, and wellness.

- Indian philosophy and core aims of Ayurveda
- Branches and historical development of Ayurvedic science
- Pancha Mahabhuta (five element theory)
- Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Rasas, Dhatus, and Malas
- Concepts of Agni, Srotas, and Prakriti
- Daily and seasonal regimens (Dinacharya and Ritucharya)
- Foundations of Panchakarma therapy

- Abhyangam (traditional oil massage)
- Shiro Abhyanga, face massage, and foot massage
- Nasya and Shirodhara
- Sneha Karma (oleation) and Sweda Karma (sudation)
- Udwarthanam (herbal powder massage)
- Kashaya Dhara (decoction bath)
- Greeva Vasti, Kati Vasti, and Janu Vasti
- Pizhichil / Kayasekam (medicated oil bath)
- Njavarakizhi, Naranga Kizhi, Elakizhi, and Podikizhi
- Kalari massage techniques
Assessment & Certification
Final Assessment
A mandatory offline examination will be conducted at the end of the course to assess participants’ theoretical understanding and practical competency in Ayurvedic massage and Panchakarma therapies.
Certification
A Certificate in Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Panchakarma Therapy will be issued upon successful completion of the program. The certificate will not be issued if the course is incomplete, the examination is not attended, or if there are any outstanding payments.
