Anatomy and physiology of the skin, common skin conditions, general skin care methods, herbal face pack and scrub preparation, and customized herbal oil application.
Eye Care:
Eye anatomy and physiology, Ayurvedic concepts of eye health, common disorders, and herbal eye care techniques including kajal and anjanam preparation.
Hair, Nail, and Foot Care:
Hair anatomy, nourishment, common hair problems, hair oil preparation, and Ayurvedic approaches to nail and foot care including pedicure and manicure practices.
