Our goal at Sitaram is to guide you along the way so you may connect with your Highest Self and undergo physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation. While our therapies aid in your physical cleansing and renewal, our way of life enables you to take a break from your routine and experience an ayurvedic way of life in order to achieve your breakthrough. We work to make individuals understand that maintaining and achieving health requires deliberate effort. Sitaram Beach Retreat, which is situated on the Arabian Sea shoreline, is a place to go for holistic therapy. We distinguish ourselves from the other Ayurveda resorts in Kerala thanks to our 100 years of heritage, tradition, and deep therapy.
Our main focus is on helping you discover your path to recovery and establish a connection with your Higher Self.
While the AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS help you cleanse and rejuvenate on a physical level, the AYURVEDIC WAY OF LIFE helps you take a break from your normal, shed old patterns, and find the space to choose new habits.
Here, transformation and healing happen on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Here, physical, emotional, and spiritual change and healing take place. Our facilities at Sitaram Beach Retreat are specifically created to promote relaxation, recovery, and healing. In Ayurveda, it is fundamentally understood that illness results from a person’s separation from nature and his actual self. He must return to his origins, both inside and outside of nature, in order to get well.
According to Ayurveda, improper nutrition makes all medications ineffective. Additionally, there won’t be a need for medication when the meal is balanced. We at Sitaram Beach Retreat think that food may be used as medicine.
Have you ever wondered why, occasionally, despite every lab test coming back negative, some people nonetheless have certain diseases? In Western medicine, such illnesses are referred to as idiopathic, which means of uncertain origin. Yoga was created by the ancient Indian sages to realize a higher awareness, while Ayurveda was created for health and well-being. Yoga focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is love, compassion, and listening at Sitaram. Ayurvedic treatments are tailored to your Prakriti or bodily type. Even the selection of treatments, oils, and herbs will be made only after consultation. The following is a list of numerous Ayurvedic therapies and their advantages.
Every living thing that we encounter around us is essential to our existence. We are cut off from all the blessings the universe has in store for us because we are unable to recognize this lovely inter-connectivity. Additionally, it has rendered us ignorant of all the wrongs we do to it. Sitaram is how we’ve created a place that’s committed to protecting Mother Earth’s ideals. In light of this, at Sitaram Beach Retreat we have a mutually beneficial connection with nature. With humility and thankfulness, we harness the power of the natural world and return something to it.
