Dr. Prapanch has been practicing Ayurveda since 2004 and has gained extensive experience across various Ayurvedic centres before his current association. He specializes in Panchakarma therapies and the management of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions. Currently, he serves as a Senior Ayurvedic Physician at Apthasree Ayurvedic Hospital, Kannothumchal, Kannur (Kerala), where he is recognized as one of the leading doctors. The hospital offers comprehensive Ayurvedic treatments for a wide range of chronic conditions, including joint disorders, metabolic imbalances, detoxification therapies, and lifestyle-related ailments.
Qualifications & Education
Dr. Prapanch holds a BSc in Botany, a BAMS degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and an MD (Ayu) in Rasasastra, specializing in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical sciences. He also holds an MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling, reflecting his integrative and holistic approach to patient care.
Heritage & Lineage
Dr. Prapanch hails from a distinguished Ayurvedic lineage as the grandson of Edayadi Kunhikannan Vaidyar, a renowned practitioner associated with the Ashtavaidya tradition—one of Kerala’s most respected and historic systems of classical Ayurveda. This legacy has deeply influenced his clinical philosophy and commitment to authentic Ayurvedic practice.
