Dr. Avanthika M has been practicing authentic Ayurveda since 2009, bringing over 15 years of dedicated clinical experience across reputed Ayurveda hospitals and wellness centres in India and the United Arab Emirates. Throughout her career, she has treated a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, with particular expertise in lifestyle disorders, musculoskeletal ailments, stress-related conditions, gynecological concerns, skin and cosmetological issues, and preventive wellness care.

She has extensive hands-on experience in traditional Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma detoxification programs, Marma Chikitsa, and Yoga-based therapeutic interventions, offering a truly holistic approach to healing. Her international exposure in the UAE has further strengthened her ability to manage diverse patient populations while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.

Dr. Avanthika is known for her compassionate patient-centered approach, carefully designing individualized treatment protocols that integrate classical Ayurvedic medicines, detox therapies, dietary regulation, lifestyle counseling, and Yoga practices to support long-term health and rejuvenation.
