Dr. Arya T is a committed Ayurveda physician who completed her BAMS from PNPS Ayurveda Medical College, Kanhangad, and pursued her MD in Agadatantra from Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. She further specialized in Stree Roga through CRAV at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi. She has also completed a Certificate Course in Ayurveda Cosmetology from Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence and is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Ayurveda Cosmetology from SMERA Academy, along with several other certificate programs in various branches of Ayurveda.

She is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Amera Multicare Ayurveda Clinic, Kazhakkuttam, and actively contributes as an Ayurveda Physician in clinical practice. She has over 10 years of professional experience, including her role as Senior Research Fellow at the Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (CCRAS), Thiruvananthapuram, where she contributed to the reproductive and child healthcare program(RCH). Her practice blends classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern clinical perspectives to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
